Job Description

Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting customers through onboarding and deployment of our new product offerings. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual to work closely with our sales and customer onboarding team for seamless deployment of our Digital Retail Solutions products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience handling both project management and customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to deliver a cohesive customer onboarding experience
    • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for device implementation, detailing key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendor teams (procurement, shippers, installers) to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
    • Create project schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
    • Use Service Now and Microsoft Office Suite to track and communicate projects, processes, and tasks 
    • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders regularly.
    • Manage client expectations, ensuring their needs and requirements are met within project constraints (scope, timeline).
    • Monitor project performance, generate and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing insights into project progress, challenges, and achievements to promote a culture of excellence for all customers
    • Support Brink’s U.S. corporate financial objectives by developing and executing projects to plan
    • Foster a positive environment where co-workers and customers are encouraged to seek guidance and provide feedback
    • Own the end-to-end activity for assigned projects and perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer service role
  • 10+ years’ experience in a project management role
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
