About the role
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports, ensuring all entries related to employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions are accurate.
- Review and reconcile payroll accounts to ensure the integrity of payroll data.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory payments such as CPF, taxes, and other deductions.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of local payroll legislation and tax regulations.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
