About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports, ensuring all entries related to employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions are accurate.
  • Review and reconcile payroll accounts to ensure the integrity of payroll data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory payments such as CPF, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local payroll legislation and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
