Graphic Compliance Specialist – Our LEGO® Agency (16-Month Contract)

Please note: This is a contract role based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role! 
 

Core Responsibilities 

• Ensure accurate labeling of all packaging and building instructions in line with EU, APAC & US regulations and LEGO guidelines 

• Collaborate with our translation agency to provide translations of legal and marketing texts on graphic materials 

• Accountable for proofreading packaging, building instructions, and other graphic materials 

• Collect and prepare all relevant product and compliance information into briefings using master data from SAP, Product Safety Handbook, Corporate Quality, Corporate Legal Affairs, and Marketing 

• Secure and coordinate vital legal information flow between relevant partners 

• Support partners by providing insight throughout the artwork development process 

• Continuously optimize our processes, secure cross-functional collaboration, and ensure future business needs are communicated to relevant development areas accordingly 

• Handle strategic partner management with a broad range of sourced tasks

Graphic Compliance Specialists support the LEGO Group by securing compliance and correct marking of all packaging and building instructions. This is done according to EU, APAC and US regulations as well as LEGO® Guidelines. As a team, we support the entire product development process by partnering with several other internal departments from development through to execution, with specialist knowledge and process optimization. You will get to think both creatively and logically, as you help us on our mission to inspire the builders of tomorrow.
