JOB DUTIES

• Create estimates based on the boards and input from the client as well as from technical staff
• Its imperative that the applicant can get on the phone with the client, accept a brief and ask questions pertinent to defining the scope of work for accurate estimates
• Work closely with the production teams to foresee scheduling and resource challenges associated with bids in the pipeline Coordinate potential award of job between the departments
• Liaise with Executive Producer and General Manager on job status on a regular basis.
• Track the job to the approved client budget to ensure your bids are always accurate
• Creatively assess the work required to complete a project and provide bid days for VFX breakdowns in line with the VFX pipeline
• Work closely with the creative team to define timings for Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers and Art Directors
• Act as a contact for all client liaison on allocated projects and key client accounts
• Stays current of studio capacity and talent capabilities in order to effectively create bids
• Work with the Sales Team to help get pitches together (reels/paperwork/boards/ideas/ presentations)
• Drive financial success on your projects to drive revenue growth and net profit for the business

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5-8 years’ experience within a production environment and at least three years as an integrated producer
• Integrated production experience across Print, Digital and Broadcast is critical.
• Agency background and understanding of the AOR creative/production process is critical.
• Familiarity with creative tools: Photoshop, After Effects, Flame, Resolve, and Autodesk
• Knowledge of live-action protocols and bidding practices such as AICP
• Scheduling and organizational skills
• Great communication skills [written and verbal]
• Knowledge of all delivery formats

Per state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for the following:  New York based individual: $125,000 Minimum $130,000 Maximum per annum

Compensation varies depending on job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs. For all other states, please inquire with the Tag Talent Acquisition Team.
