About the role

Do you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a mission-driven environment? Join our team as an Overnight Camp Maintenance Technician, where you’ll play a critical role in keeping camp operations running safely and smoothly for campers and staff.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful outdoor setting while supporting facilities that create lifelong memories for youth.

Camp Season dates: 6/28/2026 – 8/22/2026 with pre camp training beforehand
Pay rate: $350 per week, room and board included

What You’ll Do
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across camp facilities (cabins, dining halls, program spaces, grounds)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner
• Support opening and closing of camp, including seasonal setup
• Assist with groundskeeping, including mowing, trail upkeep, and general landscaping
• Ensure facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Collaborate with camp leadership to prioritize maintenance needs

What We’re Looking For
• 1–3+ years of general maintenance, facilities, or trades experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
