This position will start in September 2025 and is based in the Netherlands.  

The Young Professionals Program 

As an Associate Consultant, you will participate in HSO Young Professionals Program, which will give you training and support. This program allows you to discover the possibilities of IT and Business Applications Consultancy while giving you a flying start in your career. 

The Young Professionals Program starts with 2 months of classroom training to learn the foundations of D365 CRM and the Power Platform from HSO experts in this field. From there, you will begin to work on your first project, where, alongside a Senior Consultant as a Mentor, you will be challenged to implement these solutions for the client.

Learning doesn’t end there! In combination with on-the-job learning, you will attend monthly training with other Associate Consultants at HSO International to develop not only your technical skills but also your soft skills and work towards challenging quarterly goals. To top it all off, team building in the Young Professionals Program is part of our culture, so you can enjoy regular outings where we have fun and bond.  

Naturally, the more experience you gain, the more independent you become. This is a 3-year program that includes 2 years of training and mentorship in projects and 1 year of more independent work. After your first 2 years, you will graduate from the Young Professionals Program and start your first year as a Medior D365 Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform internationally.
• Deliver high-quality business and software application services to clients.
• The creation of high-quality and sustainable client solutions;
• Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan.
• Measure customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior.
• Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
• Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
• Represent HSO International professionally and positively.
• Start your career by participating in the Young Professional Program.

Requirements

• You are a fresh Master's Graduate or have your graduation date coming up.
• Preferably 1+ years of work experience. 
• You are ambitious and eager to learn.
• You are willing to relocate to the Netherlands if you don't already live here.
• You are willing to take on extra challenges to work and travel for international projects worldwide.  
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; other languages, such as French, German, or Spanish, are a big plus.  
• You have good communication skills and are creative in solving problems.  
• You are proactive and can work independently.  
• You are customer-oriented and have strong analytical skills.
• You are a team player who can easily fit into an international vibrant team of colleagues from different cultures and locations.
