THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Assistant Butler at The Cosmopolitan to provide exceptional service to guests in personal butler, valet and amenity services.

THE STARTING PAY: $17 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests, including serving meals, snacks, tea, hors d’ oeuvres, cocktails and other food and beverage items as well as cleaning up after meals
• Assist with personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc.
• Remain immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests’ needs
• Prepare and deliver orders to assigned Butler, and maintain a clean working area in the kitchen
• Maintain Butler’s pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition
• Report any deficiencies or safety hazards to Supervisor and coordinate corrective action
• Detect flaws relating to service standards and make corrections prior to service delivery
• Assist Butlers in anticipating guest’s needs regarding butler services and is supportive and proactive in lending team support.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has the ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• Has 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a food server, bus person or food runner.
• Has experience in luxury resorts or similar environment.
• Is bilingual in Korean, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin is a plus.
