Your responsibilities

 

• Take a key role in running and orchestrating the (digital) transformation of operational activities
• (Pro-)Actively contribute to the transformation road map of the department by supporting the Trading Operations Back Office teams and driving initiatives/projects
• Take ownership in representing the department’s interests in a variety of Uniper’s strategic transformation projects
• Act in an agile project organization to deliver (data-based) uses cases for process optimization/automation
• Building the bridge between the operational activities and various projects and initiatives outside the department
• Orchestrate a regular exchange with the department leadership team to track the progress of the overall transformation
• Perform an excellent stakeholder management inside and outside the department

 

  

Your profile

• Demonstrable experience in leading projects/initiatives with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Broad understanding of Uniper’s core trading activities, ideally with a solid understanding of Back Office processes
• Ability to bridge between business and IT
• Experience with data management/science/architecture is a plus
• Self-starter with a strong ‘can do’ mentality and commitment to proactively structure and execute complex and demanding requests
• Emotional intelligence to work with a diverse group of senior/junior stakeholders
• Drive and energy to deliver against set targets
• Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire people for change
• Distinct team player skills with ability to integrate in diverse cultures and to cope with a fast-changing business environment
• Ability to interact with others in a mixed setup remotely and on-site
• Professional command of English. German language skills beneficial
