INTERNSHIP DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: Investments is comprised of over 230 associates located in offices in Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Toronto, and eight U.S. cities. Investments’ primary function within RGA is to invest cash flow to maximize investment income and improve profitability of business segments while remaining within the risk and rating constraints of the company. Investments plays an integral role in the growth of the business by developing customized portfolios for various and diverse business types.
 

INTERNSHIP POSITION OVERVIEW: As an investments intern, you will participate in an intern pool, working collaboratively, gaining exposure in multiple areas of the Investment department. These areas include but are not limited to: Global Portfolio Management, Investment Solutions, Strategic Execution, Credit & Trading, Operations, Real Estate, and Private Debt and Equity.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:  

• Insights as asked and required to complete tasks. 

• Research skills as needed for projects. 
• Typing, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills as needed 
• Summarization and reporting 
• Collaboration with intern peers to accomplish tasks. 
• Collaboration with finance associates to accomplish tasks. 
• Projects as assigned with completion according to instructions.
