What You Will Do

This position will aid the Principal Customer Specialists with the day-to-day tasks associated with Customer Service. This will include, but not limited to Quoting, Aged WIP, and b2b maintenance. It will also include insuring past due promise dates are brought to the attention of Supervision and Working Leaders.  Tracking and investigating problem sales orders and bringing them to closure. The Candidate will interact with internal customers as well shop floor personnel and multiple support areas within the organization. The successful candidate must display professionalism and possess excellent communication skills.

Functions will include, but are not limited to:

Interface with shop floor control on specific part repair status and issues

Ability to multi-task, specifically within computer applications.

Support MFA process and improvement initiatives.

Raise delivery issues promptly to CSR Specialist.

Familiarization with Customer Accounts

Review monthly Accounts Receivable

Generating Status Reports

Setting up new customer accounts

Support CORE initiatives.

Strict adherence to Export Control requirements.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Shift is 7:00am- 3:30pm

Qualifications You Must Have

5+ years with Repair Operations or Manufacturing.

High School Diploma or GED

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with computer skills: Microsoft Office (emphasis on EXCEL and SAP)

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
