Job Summary: 


Seeking a motivated individual with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and/or dedicated delivery experience. This role’s primary focus is to ensure the timely movement of supplies between company locations throughout Northern California. 


This role involves:

  • managing inventory
  • performing standard warehouse tasks
  • driving company vehicles to support internal resupply operations

This is an entry level position with room to grow within the department or company. 



Responsibilities: 
  1. Manage inventory and utilize warehouse management software.
  2. Handle and transport sensitive company resources, including medical supplies and assets.
  3. Perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
  4. Safely drive company vehicles to transport supplies between locations.
  5. Perform vehicle and equipment checks.
  6. Troubleshoot supply chain issues and resolve discrepancies.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
  8. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation.


Qualifications: 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Healthcare IT, Emergency Medicine, or Medical Supply experience preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
  • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment and drive company vehicles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, and move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility listed above and be a certified paramedic or registered nurse with field experience. Employee must be driver trained. Employee must be familiar with medications and controlled substance procedures, and have knowledge and skills required to handle sensitive documents, emergency medical supplies, inventory controls and storage and computer basics.


Education/Experience: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Preferred: Healthcare IT, Emergency Medicine, or Medical Supply experience.


Language Ability: 

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, logs, correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers, vendors or employees.


Reasoning Ability: 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Certifications/Licenses: 

Valid California Driver’s License and DMV Driving Record in good standing in accordance to insurance company standards.


Equipment: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must use a variety of equipment including gurney, wheelchairs, and other medical and ambulance related devices.
