Job Description
Start with 6 months of paid training that will include: developing a strong foundation of Dynatrace Technology and the ecosystems it interacts with, communication skills and, & consulting methodologies.
Learn alongside other recent grads from our industry experts and personal mentors.
Provide multiple customers with in-product assistance via chat (primary), email, web conference, and phone.
Provide customers “micro consulting” engagements with their deployment, configuration, problem triage, and troubleshooting.
Identify potential growth and retention opportunities within customer chat conversations to ensure customers get the most value and return on their Dynatrace investment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
Familiarity with some of the following technologies: Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP, etc.
Charismatic communicator (presentation skills are a plus!).
A passion for technology and continuous learning.

Compensation and Rewards
The salary range for this role is $65,000- $70,000.
Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, a reward system as well as a transportation/commuter stipend.
We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
