Job Description

• Start with 6 months of paid training that will include: developing a strong foundation of Dynatrace Technology and the ecosystems it interacts with, communication skills and, & consulting methodologies. 

• Learn alongside other recent grads from our industry experts and personal mentors.  

• Provide multiple customers with in-product assistance via chat (primary), email, web conference, and phone. 

• Provide customers “micro consulting” engagements with their deployment, configuration, problem triage, and troubleshooting. 

• Identify potential growth and retention opportunities within customer chat conversations to ensure customers get the most value and return on their Dynatrace investment.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline. 

• Familiarity with some of the following technologies: Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP, etc.  

• Charismatic communicator (presentation skills are a plus!). 

• A passion for technology and continuous learning.

Compensation and Rewards

The salary range for this role is $65,000- $70,000. 

Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, a reward system as well as a transportation/commuter stipend.   

We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
