What You’ll Do:

    •    Assist the Foreman in leading and motivating a crew
    •    Plan, organize, and manage daily job site activities
    •    Install products and services with the support of trained professionals
    •    Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges
    •    Deliver high-quality work and superior customer service

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Leadership experience — supervising crews or small teams
    •    Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
    •    Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
    •    Willingness to work in crawl spaces and confined areas
    •    Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
