We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator like you, who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you’ll advance your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning domain. 

As an IT Project Coordinator on our team, you’ll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to lead meetings to coordinate with cross-functional teams of developers or ML Engineers, manage project progress and collaborate closely with machine learning engineers. 

As a collaborator on all aspects of oral and written communications, you’ll author project progress updates, client presentation documents and communication and training materials. Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences through words, images, and sound with tools like Microsoft 365 suite.

You Have:   

  • 2+ years of experience with leading meetings to coordinate with cross-functional teams of developers or ML Engineers

  • Experience with preparing professional presentations to communicate project updates and technical concepts effectively

  • Experience with managing project progress against user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Experience with developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and task tracking

  • Experience with organizing training sessions, collecting feedback, and supporting training activities to enhance team capabilities

  • Ability to facilitate sprint reviews, presenting progress, and address feedback effectively

  • Ability to lead a small Agile team effectively

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:   

  • Experience with managing JIRA board for executives

  • Experience with Cloud tools, including AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Knowledge of the SDLC and AI and ML concepts

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
