Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to oversee the execution, optimization, and governance of Visa Marketing 360, Visa’s global marketing automation and personalization platform. In this role, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the platform, enabling regional and market-level teams to launch campaigns efficiently and effectively. You will manage campaign workflows, maintain data integrity, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes. You will also be a key partner in onboarding new users, training stakeholders, enhancing the platform, and ensuring compliance with Visa’s privacy and security standards.

Main Responsibilities

Platform Operations & Execution

  • Oversee the operational management of Visa Marketing 360, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and within brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Configure and manage marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, and personalization
  • Design and manage AI-enhanced marketing workflows to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and increase speed-to-market.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data integration between Visa’s systems, our Clients and the platform, maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Manage a global marketing operations team that supports campaign execution, optimization, and governance across all regions

Campaign Support & Enablement

  • Collaborate with regional and market-level teams to translate campaign briefs into executable workflows.
  • Provide hands-on guidance for campaign setup, testing, QA, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and best-practice guidelines for campaign execution.

Performance Optimization

  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems powered by AI analytics for better decision-making and insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and platform usage, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Use A/B testing, analytics, and other performance measurement techniques to improve targeting, engagement, and ROI.
  • Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and automated reporting for stakeholders.

Training & Adoption

  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new users and teams, ensuring consistent adoption of platform capabilities and processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions, troubleshooting, and escalation.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-first approaches across marketing operations to position the function as a driver of innovation

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to Visa’s data privacy, security, and compliance standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Maintain governance processes to ensure consistent campaign quality and adherence to operational standards.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations
