Maintenance Technician- Indianapolis

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. Depending on assignment, this role may be based at one primary location or provide support across multiple facilities and requires someone who is dependable, skilled, and responsive.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on buildings and grounds
• Complete repairs involving plumbing, drywall, painting, and general mechanical work
• Maintain outdoor areas, including basic lawn care
• Identify maintenance needs and recommend effective solutions
• Obtain bids and assist with coordinating external contractors for larger repair projects
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 + years of maintenance or skilled trade experience (plumbing preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (Required Some Travel Required) 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, vendors, and external partners
• Basic technology skills, including the ability to use mobile devices, email, work-order systems, and other maintenance-related software.
