Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:

The program manager will serve as a supporting subject matter expert to the Technical Safety and Programs team. The scope of work includes program ownership, reviews/updates, and publishing to ensure all H&S programs are consistent and scalable. This role will also include special Health and Safety Project management.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Broomfield, CO - Hybrid 

  • The budgeted range starts at $76,841.70 - $100,034.21. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own, develop, and implement programs regarding technical safety programs, including but not limited to Electrical, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Machine Guarding, etc. 
  • Own the creation of all components of program management including procedures, trainings, evaluations, implementation plans, communication plans, and other tools/resources to ensure successful management and rollout of programs 
  • Understand the equipment and practices of the Operations Teams, and determine where H&S direction is needed within operational programs, including Lift Maintenance, Lift Operations, Building Maintenance, F&B and others. 
  • Understand the business initiatives of the company, and identify any program gaps related to scaling in the future. 
  • Partner with the H&S Insights and Strategic Services team to create program resources for field utilization. 
  • Manage technical safety projects that support enterprise H&S programs including Electrical, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Machine Guarding, etc. 
  • Additional duties as assigned to support the department and company.

 

Job Requirements:

  • BS in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, or similar required 
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in Health and Safety or related field  
  • CSP, CIH, CHST or other H&S certifications 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), Safety Management Systems
