We are offering an exciting Finance Analyst opportunity in our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis department in Irvine. This position will be an integral member of the team that supports our planning process and will work with Finance teams across Business Units and regions. Additionally, the position will contribute to preparation of executive presentations and deliver insightful analyses during key planning processes. Work Schedule: This position is in Irvine, CA and will require at least 4 days onsite per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support coordination of three key Corp FP&A processes including monthly Forecast, Annual Operating Plan, and Strategic Plan submissions
- Prepare key deliverables (templates, reports, analyses, and executive presentation) for forecast, Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan
- Manage Annual Operating Plan reclass and reconciliation process
- Prepare key actuals and forecast reports and partner with business units and finance partners to identify and explain material changes
- Collaborate with management in identifying process improvements
- Support various improvement initiatives including simplifying and improving data inputs, submission details and related management reporting & presentations for the key planning cycles
- Prepare and update documentation of Corporate FP&A processes
- Provide ad hoc analysis and lead/support other initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Business Administration
- A minimum of 3 years of Accounting/Finance experience (or one year of experience with a Masters)
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting and analysis
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master of Finance (MFin), CPA or CMA a plus
- Experience with planning/reporting systems, large ERP system, and database or data visualization tools
- Experience compiling and analyzing large, complex data sets
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting and analysis, especially financial modeling
- Business unit or regional partnership is a plus

For California, the base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $100,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
