Customer Experience Section Manager

<p>Mission:</p><ul><li>Coordinate Deployment and measurement of seamless customer journey within all touchpoints for New and Loyal customers</li><li>Ensure robust data collection, ISIT tools delivery and CRM approach in line with lead mgt strategy and Customer Journey on time <br/> </li></ul><p>Main Objectives:</p><ul><li>Work collaboratively with AMIEO region to set Loyalty plan, priorities towards new tools/features roll-out and data strategy</li><li>Escalation to AMIEO counterpart RBU data and digital needs/best practices/opportunities to sustain robust customer journey and effective communication </li><li>Ensure Loyalty and EOA Volume Forecasts to support Communication Planning</li><li>NFS collaboration to deliver seamless customer experience to credit customers</li><li>Leads to Sales tracking over Europe</li><li>Support of CRM Communication map delivery</li><li>Timing coordination, best practice sharing &amp; alignment with RBUs</li><li>Deliver Data and CRM agencies pan-European SOW</li></ul><p></p><p>Experience and skills :</p><ul><li>Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in a multi-cultural environment</li><li>Experience in project management, previous experience in Loyalty tracking, CRM campaign management, Customer Database would be an asset</li><li>Team Spirit, Good Communications skills in Multi-Cultural environment</li><li>Analytical, Ability to work under Pressure </li></ul><p><br/>At Nissan, we believe that the differences among us – differences in race, gender, age, mindset, religion, people with disabilities and much more – make us stronger and equip us to better serve our customers and communitie0s.
