THE JOB:

As a Bus Person at Aria Resort & Casino, your role is vital to maintaining a smooth and efficient room service operation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the dining room, storerooms, food pickup areas, and beverage stations meet our high cleanliness and stock standards. Your attention to detail will help create a seamless environment for both guests and the team, ensuring everything is ready for exceptional service every time.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.2745 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories and fold napkins properly

• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables completely, and reset with clean linens, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Previous experience as bus person

• Experience working with Room Service

• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
