<h2>Overview</h2> <p>Join us to launch a brand-new production line and become the go-to expert and coach for welding and brazing. <strong>Fully covered training in France included.</strong></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><p>Develop, validate, and optimize welding/brazing processes</p></li> <li><p>Provide daily technical support to production from the brazing side</p></li> <li><p>Train and mentor welding/brazing personnel; lead trials and qualifications</p></li> <li><p>Ensure brazing quality: run inspections and drive corrective actions</p></li> <li><p>Create and maintain documentation for brazing processes and equipment</p></li> <li><p>Safeguard compliance with PED/UL and all safety standards</p></li> <li><p>Support tooling and fixture design for welding/brazing</p></li> <li><p>Use Lean/Six Sigma methods to boost efficiency and cut defect</p></li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><p>BSc/MSc in Welding, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field</p></li> <li><p>3–5+ years’ experience in welding/brazing engineering</p></li> <li><p>Solid English communication skills</p></li> <li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems</p></li> <li><p>Strong communicator with resilience, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a learning mindset</p></li> </ul> <h2>Nice to have</h2> <ul> <li><p>Knowledge of Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and UL compliance systems</p></li> <li><p>Experience as a process/manufacturing engineer</p></li> <li><p>Lean/Six Sigma experience</p></li> <li><p>3D design skills (e.g., Solid Edge, AutoCAD)</p></li> <li><p>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>Ready for a hands-on role with real impact?
