Develops standard operating procedures (SOP) and process modifications, attends and participates in leadership meetings, represents TJU internally and externally, develops content and presents, community representation, committee representation, oversees entire research operation in department, serves as an expert consulting at the institutional level.

Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.

Coordinates, implements and completes program evaluations by assisting in screening participants, educating caregivers/participants, scheduling and conducting evaluation procedures, collecting and recording evaluation data, maintaining detailed evaluation records, interfacing with evaluation sponsors, participation in sponsor study monitoring meetings, prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, maintain various research/evaluation databases, participation in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:

Nursing Diploma or associate’s degree in nursing. BSN Preferred

AND

Experience:

Minimum of 2 year of RN clinical experience.  Prior clinical research experience required. Some management experience preferred. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required.
