Meridian Health Services is currently seeking an INTERN - Associates Level Human Services for the Addictions Recovery Center (ARC) serving Tippecanoe County, IN. Work hours can be flexible and correlate to student's school schedule and needs. This is an unpaid internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist staff with weekly adult groups, including monitor and assist with de-escalation of patients as needed
• Meet with clinical supervisor weekly to discuss clinical issues of patients
• Complete a case study of a patient in the program
• Complete weekly journal discussing internship assignment
• Complete written report on organizational structure of history
• Participate in site visit from internship supervisor
• Comply with all policies and requirements of Meridian Health Services

We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:

• Must be enrolled in an Associate's degree program.

Drug screen, TB test, extensive background check, and fingerprinting are required of all Meridian employees.
