Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you are a vital part of the People department and responsible to build up one of our dearest assets - our team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, from partnering with hiring managers, conducting interviews and hiring candidates. You are the interface to candidates and function as an ambassador of FINN and our culture. You will further introduce new people acquisition strategies and processes, in close collaboration with the VP Talent Acquisition, and enable FINN to grow effectively and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities
- True thought partner to hiring managers: You understand the longer term needs of the team and across the sales department. You continuously support, train, and align the hiring team.
- Source, attract and assess candidates: You get people excited about an opportunity. You own the end-to-end recruiting process for your positions by deeply engaging with candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and assessing whether they are the right fit for FINN.
- Support candidates: You are the first point of contact for your candidates, ensuring a quick, approachable, and appreciative candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Be an ambassador of FINN: You are the first touchpoint for many people with FINN. Promote our values and FINN as a “best place to work” throughout the entire recruitment process and on all used portals.
- Grow with the team: You work closely with the VP Talent Acquisition and the rest of the People team to continuously improve our processes. You come up with new approaches and learn more about how to measure and analyze your recruiting impacts.
Your Profile
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Experience in talent acquisition and/or a fast changing environment (like a start-up). Experience in sales recruiting is highly desirable.
- Genuine curiosity – You love getting to know people and what drives them. You listen actively to gain deep insights and build relationships that help you match candidates with the right role.
- Excellent communication – You connect authentically and can build candidate excitement for FINN.
- Stakeholder management – You have experience partnering with senior stakeholders and are willing and able to challenge the status quo.
- Attention to detail – You are organized and care about details.
