- Provide subject matter expertise on Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) processes across classified and sensitive network environments
- Support security design and engineering for cross-domain solutions, UAM, and both Windows and Linux platforms
- Manage and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Reports, and related documentation in compliance with CNSS and NIST frameworks
- Lead the reconciliation of Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and maintain Approvals to Operate (ATO) for enterprise systems
- Interpret and apply national security policies, including those governing cross-domain solutions in SCI environments
- Oversee assessment and authorization of UAM and Enterprise Audit applications
- Develop, monitor, and report security metrics related to system compliance, vulnerabilities, and remediation status
- Collaborate with system administrators and engineers to ensure continuous monitoring and compliance across all systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field, OR equivalent work experience
- At least seven (7) years of hands-on experience with Assessment & Authorization (A&A) of federal systems
- Proven experience managing UAM and enterprise audit tools within federal environments
- Demonstrated understanding of CNSS policies and specific SCI/cross-domain solution requirements
- Strong background in drafting and maintaining IT security documentation including SSPs and POA&Ms
- Proficient in cybersecurity operations on both Linux and Windows platforms
- Experienced in capturing, building, and maintaining meaningful cybersecurity metrics and dashboards
- U.S. Citizenship required; Must hold an active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
