<p><span>The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor leads a team of Manufacturing Engineers to drive continuous improvement across multiple production technologies (Laser, Silk Screen, Inkjet, and Digital Printing). This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing performance by improving equipment, processes, and layouts, ensuring production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The Supervisor will play a key role in coaching engineers, aligning priorities, and supporting strategic engineering and maintenance initiatives.</span></p>

<p><span>Leadership & Supervision</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Supervise and support a team of Manufacturing Engineers (Laser, Silk Screen, Inkjet, and Digital). Plan, delegate, and monitor work assignments to ensure aligned priorities and timely completion of engineering tasks. Support individual development plans and provide coaching to engineers to grow technical and problem-solving capabilities.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span>Process Improvement & Optimization</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Lead cross-functional projects focused on lean manufacturing, process design, and capacity improvements. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to solve recurring technical or quality issues.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span>Packaging</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Define and optimize the packaging of products to ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient shipping to customers. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to develop sustainable packaging solutions that meet product protection, brand, and shipping requirements.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span>Technical Oversight</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Guide and review engineering decisions regarding process parameters, tooling, materials, and equipment. Ensure processes follow standard operating procedures and are aligned with health, safety, and environmental standards. Support implementation of new technologies and product introductions on production lines.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span>Project Management & Execution</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Coordinate and track project plans, milestones, and resources across the team. Support CAPEX project execution and justification in collaboration with the Engineering and Maintenance Manager. Lead troubleshooting escalations and drive root cause analysis using lean methodologies</span></li>

<p><span>Documentation & Standards</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Ensure technical documentation (e.g., work instructions, standard times, layouts) is accurate and up to date. Promote knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across engineering disciplines.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span>Stakeholder Collaboration</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Act as the main interface between the engineering team and other departments (e.g., Production, Maintenance, Quality). Represent engineering in factory reviews, audits, and senior management meetings when needed.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span><strong><u>Experience & Skills</u></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.</span></li>
<li><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment, with 1–2 years in a leadership role preferred.</span></li>
<li><span>Proven experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong project management and organizational skills.</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally and lead a team.</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing data.</span></li>
<li><span>Experience with digital and/or screen-printing technologies is a plus.</span></li>
<li><span>Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD or equivalent tools for layout and process design.</span></li>
<li><span>English language proficiency required.</span></li>
</ul>
