YOU WILL BE:

The Director serves as a strategic leader responsible for guiding and advancing critical organizational initiatives that drive operational excellence, business agility, and long-term growth. This role sets the vision and leads the development and execution of high-impact solutions across complex, cross-functional programs—overseeing the evaluation of organizational structures and processes, identifying transformative opportunities, and championing scalable strategies that elevate team and enterprise-wide performance.

Aligned closely with executive leadership and enterprise priorities, the Director defines and drives overarching strategies and frameworks that enable seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. This role exemplifies strong business acumen, strategic foresight, and influential leadership, effectively engaging senior stakeholders and fostering alignment to ensure sustained organizational impact.

In addition to delivering results, the Director plays a pivotal role in talent development, mentoring senior leaders and managers, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, and strengthening organizational capability to navigate ongoing change. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Translates enterprise strategy into actionable team direction, guiding initiatives that advance business goals and deliver lasting impact.

  • Drives operational excellence, embedding a continuous improvement mindset into key workstreams to enhance efficiency, quality, and business agility.

  • Demonstrates executive presence through high-impact communication, ensuring written and spoken messages are aligned to strategic objectives and resonate with senior audiences.

  • Builds trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders, cultivating influence, fostering alignment, and driving buy-in for cross-functional priorities.

  • Leads with inclusion and integrity, modeling collaborative leadership and creating space for diverse perspectives to shape enterprise outcomes.

  • Develops future leaders, mentoring high-potential talent and strengthening team capabilities to support ongoing business growth.

  • Champions data-informed decision-making, leveraging key insights to drive clarity, improve performance, and guide strategic pivots.

  • Solves complex, cross-functional challenges, applying structured problem-solving to align business needs with scalable, strategic solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of proven experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale initiatives with measurable business impact.

  • Experience supporting large-scale transformations (i.e., enterprise-wide system implementations, M&A integration, cultural renewal).

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities with proven ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Ability to build trust and drive alignment across diverse and matrixed stakeholder groups.

  • Experience in a consulting or enterprise-level organizational effectiveness function preferred.
