About the role

Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite

As the Sr. Analyst, Demand Planning Analytics, you will support the demand planning team with holistic insights and recommendations, impacting improvement in business performance and tactical execution and delivery of projects.  

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to identify, support, and create scalable solutions.
  • Simplify complex information to effectively present content across various levels of the business.
  • Build Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Build and deliver presentations and communications that explain critical functions and findings to stakeholders with some guidance.
  • Investigate reporting issues from supported business unit(s) and provide technical expertise to resolve and follow-up in a timely manner.
  • Monitor use of reports to gage value and increase use across supported function.
  • Work efficiently with large data sets from complex processes to derive insights.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements to potential data analytics solutions with some guidance.

What you need​

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar technical degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience required.

Preferred:

  • Master's or higher degree in a related discipline.
  • Proficient in least one programming language central to AI and Data Science (e.g. Python, R, Scala, Spark).
  • Experience identifying opportunities where data analytics concepts can be applied to real-world business opportunities with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in data transformation and cleansing and relational database and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data governance concepts including the need for documented definitions, calculations, sources, lineage, etc.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

Travel Percentage: 10%
