Lead Project Manager:in/Product Owner (f/m/d) – Magenta Internet Products

• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional virtual team consisting of experts from engineering, marketing/product management, service, sales, process management & customer experience
• Develop and implement a clear product strategy for broadband internet solutions & hardware together with the team, define smart KPIs and focus on the product lifecycle and customer journey
• Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, incidents and technological developments to simplify the product portfolio and contribute to an exceptional customer experience
• Take responsibility for the broadband product roadmap, prioritize capabilities in exchange with the Magenta Leadership Team, the virtual team and other product owners based on cost-benefit analysis and market priorities
• Act as functional SPOC in the implementation of technical projects and lead them from analysis and implementation to go-live and regular adaptation in the ongoing business

• You are an experienced agile Product Owner & have a good overview of the international broadband internet landscape and it´s products?
• Ideally, you have Product Owner/Scrum Master certifications, leadership trainings & are always customer-oriented, communicate proactively, also with the top management?
• You want to drive forward the digitalization of Austria with the latest technical developments?
