About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Head of Biz Ops & Finance who can tackle critical business challenges across the organization. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with different teams to drive key initiatives, optimize processes, and unlock growth opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to dive deep into high-priority areas - whether that's improving operational efficiency, strengthening financial processes, or developing strategic initiatives - while working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Financial Strategy: Lead financial planning and analysis while overseeing accounting operations. Develop budgets, forecasts, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Scale Operations & Processes: Drive operational excellence across the organization through process optimization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Implement solutions to critical business challenges while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead Strategic Growth: Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to shape company strategy. Work closely with leadership to execute high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Work Across the Organization: Act as a versatile high performing team member by filling critical roles and functions across the organization before dedicated teams are built. Navigate between strategic and tactical responsibilities while maintaining operational excellence.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in business operations, finance, or a related area in high-growth SaaS startup environments
• Previous experience in banking, investing and/or consulting
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
• Ability to work and thrive in ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. Within this range, base pay will be determined based on relevant experience, education, training/certifications, skillset, and work location.
