We want someone who is a “player-coach,” someone who knows what needs to be done, can put a plan together and then execute the plan. This job is about driving growth of Corelight’s business through account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and programs via all the channels, leveraging data and intent signals, in support of the product portfolio. 

This person will work closely with the CMO and the rest of the Marketing team, to define requirements, develop a plan, evaluate and select the right tools, systems and data to support campaigns, programs and the team. 

No lead left behind and speed to lead are important to this role so end-to-end funnel and system knowledge is key to ensure we get the most out of our marketing efforts. Further, this role understands the buyer's journey and has a customer-centric mindset, providing relevant and personalized content at the right time.

Lastly, measurement and tracking is essential in order to measure performance and ROI of campaigns and programs, so that is an integral part of the job. 

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a growth marketing strategy: Working with the extended marketing team to define the growth plan, channel mix, data and analytics for growth function to drive net new and nurture existing leads, optimize website and other digital properties, partnering with the sales team on strategy, targeting, lead follow up, and conversion.
  • Leading cross-functional teams: Lead a team of growth marketers and build out a high-velocity growth marketing function by being hands-on with execution while mentoring, and coaching the team to optimize and maximize efficiency.
  • Building and managing campaigns and programs: Orchestrate building and managing integrated, data-driven campaigns across various channels, including SEO, email, webinar, social media, display advertising and website optimization. You will ensure all campaigns and programs are executed on time and on budget and are aligned with company objectives. 
  • Analyzing and optimizing campaigns and programs: Spearhead the gathering and analysis of campaign performance data, identifying trends and opportunities and making recommendations for optimization. You will work closely with the marketing team, vendors/partners to continuously improve performance and achieve growth targets.
  • Managing budgets and vendor relationships: You will be responsible for managing budgets and all vendor/partner relationships for all growth marketing initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

  • Keeping up with industry trends: You will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in ABM and digital marketing, ensuring that the company is at the forefront.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills: As a senior leader, you will need to be able to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals effectively. You should have 10+ years experience (B2B, SaaS, cybersecurity a plus) in developing and implementing growth strategies, managing budgets and building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Ideal candidate has seen scale and has the ability to work at pace in a high-growth company and has a blend of startup and enterprise experience.
