🌟 What You’ll Do:
As the Lead Server, you’ll:



Oversee and support the daily operations of the front-of-house dining team


Train, mentor, and schedule servers to ensure consistent, high-quality service


Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident satisfaction


Assist in meal service, setup, and cleanup as needed to maintain smooth operations


Ensure all dining areas reflect the warmth and hospitality that define Peter Becker Community

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in dining, hospitality, or senior living (preferred)
