Improving dashboards iteratively with the help of usability testing and user research</li> <li><strong>Performance Optimization:</strong> Implementing performance improvements and bug fixes to enhance dashboard efficiency</li> <li><strong>Methodological Improvement:</strong> Enhancing development practices and processes to ensure scalability, maintainability, and user satisfaction</li> <li><strong>International Collaboration:</strong> Effectively communicating in English for collaboration with global teams</li> </ul><h2><b>Your Profile</b></h2> <p><strong>What you bring with you.</strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field</li> <li>Experience in Business Intelligence: Background in requirement engineering, dashboard creation, and analytics projects</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, driving results, managing complexity and dealing with ambiguity</li> <li>Solid knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau.
