This will prevent you from being considered further. Basic Requirement for the Information Technology Specialist series, GS-2210: 1.) Attention to Detail - is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. AND 2.) AND 3.) Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. AND 4.) Problem Solving - identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. AND In order to qualify for the GS-14 , you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1.) Providing technical advice on data management, business intelligence, analytics, cloud technologies, or emerging technology solutions to support organizational decision-making and modernization initiatives; AND 2.) Reviewing technical solutions for data platforms, analytics environments, business intelligence systems, or advanced data management capabilities to evaluate design feasibility, implementation risks, and alignment with business requirements; AND 3.) Overseeing contractor or vendor activities supporting data management, analytics, business intelligence, or user support services to ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and technical requirements; AND 4.) Coordinating technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders to implement enterprise data, analytics, automation, or modernization capabilities that improve access to information and support business operations. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
