JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimal supervision to provide advanced administrative support in coordinating day-to-day operations of the division of Talent Acquisition.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
6 years of administrative/clerical experience; preferably in Human Resources.
Preferred
- Education
Bachelor's Degree
JOB DUTIES
- First point of contact for all who enter the Talent Acquisition Office; responsible for creating and fostering an excellent customer service experience.
- Prepares, justifies, monitors, and administers budgets for the division and its related programs including expense and income tracking, monthly account balances, etc.
- Oversees division accounting and budgeting activities and coordinating department financial operations including providing required budgetary and financial reporting.
- Must be able to think creatively and strategically, in order to develop and implement best practices in talent acquisition operations.
- Coordinates and assists with the preparation of RFPs or contractual agreements and associated budgets; ensure timely submission of proposals and agreements.
- Develops, revises, recommends, and interprets policies and procedures for division and employees to ensure all applicable laws and governmental guidelines are followed and employees are treated in equitable manner.
- Oversees special events for department by coordinating committees and schedules and by staying within budget. Coordinates project management duties for new compliance initiatives. Coordinates various projects and programs within the department ensuring all tasks are completed by established deadlines and quality standards.
