Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Subscription Manager to lead and oversee the execution / maintenance and support of the Subscription Master at Unit4. This project is critical for establishing a robust Subscription database and automating related processes in alignment with industry standards. The Subscription Manager will play a pivotal role in driving this initiative to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership and Planning:
   • Lead and participate the Subscription Project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to the requirements and project timeline.
   • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and scope.
2. Database Development:
   • Oversee the creation and maintenance of the Subscription Master database from Legacy (ERP Billing) records.
   • Continuously refine and improve the database until the deployment of a fully automated Subscription Master.
3. Data Acquisition and Governance:
   • Provide guidance, processes, and rules for acquiring and managing business data needed for the Subscription Master.
   • Collaborate with product governance, customer governance, and sales teams to ensure alignment of product and account records.
   • Work with the finance team to resolve ERP Billing Subscriptions record issues.
4. Solution System Development:
   • Define the scope and delivery of an End-to-End (E2E) Subscription Master Solution System and associated tools, in accordance with the requirements.
   • Lead the development of system components, including Header and Line Subscription Management, annual indexed subscription processes, and ARR calculations.
5. Automation Platform:
   • Establish a platform for future automation, enabling fulfillment processes related to licenses, enablement systems, professional service projects, cloud provision, partner notifications, and ISV product requirements.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, finance, sales, product governance, and customer governance, to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
7. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing rigorous testing and validation procedures.
   • Monitor and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project.
8. Risk Management:
   • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.

Maintain effective communication channels to address and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Project Management).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in managing complex database development and automation projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Dynamics CRM) and ERP Billing processes. Power BI or BI tools is a plus. 
• Excellent communication in English, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
