About the role

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee hospitality asset forecasting & pricing for areas like pools, sportsbooks, restaurants, loungesspas, and weddings
  • Oversee the development and implementation of predictive modeling in order to optimize total property EBITDA 
  • Oversee RM meeting agendas and updates with property stakeholders
  • Evaluate competitive offerings and actions, and develop recommended rate plans
  • Work with key internal partners to develop and execute pricing strategies and campaigns
  • Planning, implementation and analysis of daily hospitality asset pricing and performance
  • Thinks strategically and operationally about factors such as: pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions, customer satisfaction, and driving overall property EBITDA
  • Differentiate pricing strategies based on customer demographic and willingness to pay for each property
  • Collaborate with property operations teams to understand RM support needed for revenue generation
  • Identify opportunities to promote hospitality asset transactions throughout marketing channels
  • Ability to develop financial plans and capital expenditure plans that are consistent with the overall strategic positioning of the Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Regional properties
  • Anticipates and reacts to changes in planning assumptions and alters plans as necessary
  • Formally presents updates to plans and provides appropriate explanations and solutions to variances
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience within the hospitality industry 
  • At least 2 years of analytical experience required
  • Undergraduate Degree in Hotel Management, Economics, Mathematics or Data Sciences preferred
  • Preference given to applicants with Revenue Management exposure/ experience
  • Strong communication skills across multiple levels of the organization
  • Analytical skills to evaluate the viability and effectiveness, and the ability to recommend improvements to the hospitality pricing strategies
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously required
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Ability to maintain composure and excellent customer/client relations under all circumstances
  • A team player with strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess outstanding presentation skills with the ability to persuade an audience through strong delivery, effective listening and good reasoning
  • Demonstrated track record of partnering and building relationships with Property Operators, Shared Services, and Corporate IT; or related work experience
  • Working knowledge of various gaming regulatory implications a plus
  • Computer literate – must be literate in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in or willingness to learn Revenue Management theory 
  • Knowledge in statistical software (for example R-Studio, etc.) an asset
