THE JOB:

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for our property. You will collaborate closely with both property-level teams and corporate finance to provide valuable insights, drive budgeting efforts, and support strategic decision-making. Your ability to analyze financial data, identify opportunities, and present clear recommendations to leadership will contribute to the overall financial success of the property

DAY TO DAY:

• Collaborate with the Manager of Planning & Analysis to identify financial analysis opportunities that enhance property performance
• Assist in the planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate finance strategies
• Provide insights and recommendations on cash flow management, cost allocation, and financial risk mitigation
• Support data and analytics innovation, working closely with Enterprise Analytics to drive informed decision-making
• Create ad-hoc financial reports, analyze key performance metrics, and present findings to senior finance leaders
• Partner with property teams to track progress on financial initiatives and ensure achievement of financial goals
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a similar setting
• Has at least 1+ year of prior relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or a related field
• Excels in financial analysis and data interpretation to drive strategic decision-making
• Demonstrates intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Thrives in a collaborative environment, working across multiple functional areas
• Possesses excellent communication skills to present financial insights effectively
• Adapts well to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
