Registered Behavior Technician

In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement personalized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Your contribution will help clients achieve their goals while gaining essential life skills!

Your Mission

• Bring behavior intervention plans to life with creativity and enthusiasm.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress, helping to fine-tune their treatments.
• Create a supportive and engaging environment for clients to thrive in.
• Build meaningful connections with clients and their families by communicating openly and effectively.
• Participate in fun and informative training sessions to continue growing professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology or related fields is a plus.
• Possession of a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. If you need assistance, we’re here to help!
• Flexible schedules available to accommodate our clients’ needs.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
