We are seeking a Senior Community Program Manager with a strong background in building and managing virtual user communities. This is an exciting opportunity to redefine and refresh our user community strategy.
As the Senior Community Program Manager, you will assess our current community landscape, identify areas for growth, and implement innovative engagement programs that drive user participation and advocacy. In this position you will report to the Senior Director of Success Communications and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Operations teams to ensure the community is a dynamic, valuable resource for users.
Your Day-to-Day:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Communications, Success and Support teams to align community programs with business objectives.
- Community Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies to foster user engagement, community growth and product adoption.
- Program Implementation: Lead the execution of community-focused programs, including user engagement initiatives, advocacy programs, and gamification strategies.
- Community Leadership: Facilitate and manage communities of practice, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration among community managers.
- Optimize Community Operations & Analytics: Implement community moderation best practices, health metrics, user sentiment tracking, and data-driven improvements to continuously enhance engagement.
- Scale & Sustain Growth: Ensure community programs are designed for long-term success by leveraging technology, automation, and best practices in community management.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related work experience
- 10+ years of experience in community engagement, program management, customer advocacy, or technical support within the software industry
- Exhibit strong leadership and communications skills
- Possess the ability to indirectly influence across stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in developing and leading user engagement initiatives
- Knowledgeable of online forum trends and techniques
- Ability to collaborate and engage with colleagues both in and outside team
- Proficiency with community management platforms and data analysis tools
- Passionate about user success, user engagement, and fostering a sense of belonging within communities
- This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, office-based, hybrid, or home-based in the US.
