Summary

The QC Crew Member position performs a variety of routine and complex physical labor tasks. This position follows up after  crewmembers to ensure company standards are met. 


Essential Functions

  • Loads/unloads trucks and hauls materials to the job site.
  • Performs strenuous manual labor in preparing surfaces for pavement repair and maintenance.
  • Conducts pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Works independently to ensure quality application of pavement preservation products such as seal coat and HA5 high-density mineral bond.
  • Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
  • Complies with all safety and OSHA regulations.
  • Performs other functions as assigned.

Days and hours may vary depending on the size and nature of the project. This position frequently requires long hours and weekend work (often 20-40 hours of overtime each week).
