Job Description

We are working with a client who is need of a qualified Change Management Lead to assist our client with the creation of a SAP Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical with the ability to think strategically while be willing to jump in to move the project forward.  

Project Length: 12 Months

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and coordinating change management needs across different project work streams of a program in partnership with the program manager, program champion, and sponsor to improve business processes and move us towards digitally integrated systems
  • Working with project SMEs to review global change impacts and determining the impact on division specific processes and procedures.
  • Working with Training team to incorporate change impacts and knowledge of the process into end-to-end process training
  • Developing and maintaining a holistic and integrated strategy for change across the program, divisions/CT, and workstreams
  • Coordinating change plans and activities with other Program and Project Change Managers to ensure alignment with Enterprise change planning
  • Engaging and coaching program team members on change management activities including change strategy development, stakeholder analysis, communication and engagement planning, adoption and sustainment plans, and effectiveness measures to support project success
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of projects’ change management activities and deliverables
  • Partner with future state owner, program/project manager and project change manager to identify and develop sustainment plan, activities, and additional sustainment requisites to successfully engage in the new way of work; solidly secure future state owner engagement with program/project
  • Utilize established methods, tools, and processes for Change Management and Project Management and collaborate with PMO team members
  • Designing and facilitating engagements for decision making to drive towards alignment and effective end outcomes

Qualifications

  • Strategic change management thinking and advising related to organization development around a SAP Center of Excellence but that is also willing to jump in and do the work to move this forward (i.e. not just a high level thinker).
  • SAP knowledge would be ideal, but not required.
  • Program/Project level experience that can do both strategic and tactical work for an initiative Change Management experience for an ERP Implementation, Organizational Design experience preferable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Preferably BA or BS in Business Management, Change Management, Communications, or related field, PROSCI Certification a plus
  • 10+ years of Organizational Change Management working with a structured Change Management Methodology, Communications, change communications, employee engagement, or employee experience required, skills negotiation and consensus-building facilitation
  • Excellent written,  oral communication and presentations skills
  • Experience in enterprise-wide or functional level scope ERP, digital change, and design thinking is required
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Ability to coach and effectively influencing leaders and Associates to choose to work in new ways and act as an internal or external consultant
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and develop coordinated stakeholder management, change management, and communications in support of adopting new ways of working and achieving differentiated business outcomes
  • Designing and facilitating working sessions, workshops and/or other types of large engagements
  • Creating systems to manage and continuously improve processes that enable strategic visibility across a program
  • Strong design and facilitation skills
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
