This is an Account Service position where you will use your strong understanding of digital marketing to effectively manage client relationships while executing day-to-day tasks.
This position is based in our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency. Experience in the hotel or tourism industries is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of digital marketing practices, including web design and development, e-commerce conversion optimization, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, display, and programmatic campaigns.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with public speaking experience.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Preferred but not Required:
- CHDM certification
- Google-certified in Digital Marketing
- Short Creative Copy Experience (Banner ads, email)
- Proficiency in Mac OS
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint /Keynote
- Hotel/destination marketing experience a MAJOR plus
- Working knowledge of Print production
- Multi-lingual
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owning and managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Execute and manage deliverables for monthly marketing programs, including website updates, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Lead non-sales client-facing meetings, including performance reporting and media planning sessions.
- Analyze property performance data to identify insights and make actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Oversee the development, execution, and performance of annual strategic media plans.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing account management.
- Proactively monitor client KPIs and anticipate needs, providing innovative solutions to challenges.
- Manage client expectations and address objections to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client industries, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategies.
- Travel domestically as needed to meet client needs.

- Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with ultimate accountability for client satisfaction and the value of the partnership.
- Ability to translate business problems into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in managing marketing processes, including PPC, social media advertising, and lead generation initiatives.
- Adept at managing “out-of-scope” deliverables in collaboration with clients and sales teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in anticipating client needs and crafting innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and integrate them seamlessly into production.
