Senior Director, Precision Medicine

 

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Precision Health  to lead our precision medicine efforts within the US market. This role will be instrumental in driving our strategic initiatives, developing precision health strategies, and ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies into our oncology pipeline.

 

What you have to offer.

• Lead and oversee the precision health strategy and implementation for the US oncology portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development, medical, research, regulatory, data & analytics, value & access, policy, patient engagement, and commercial to integrate precision health approaches.
• Drive the development, implementation, and monitoring of precision health strategies, including but not limited to biomarker testing, education, and innovative solutions, for the timely identification of patients for optimal treatment decisions. Build key internal and external alignment, capabilities, and infrastructure to support these business objectives.
• Identify and develop alliances with health system partners, including research organizations, medical societies, health systems, diagnostic developers, laboratories and technology companies, to advance precision health initiatives within the US.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in precision health and oncology research, landscape and adoption, competitors, regulatory requirements, and financials, including test reimbursement, specific to the US. Actively seek external input from HCPs and other stakeholders.
• Support clinical development diagnostic decisions. Serve as a key member of the diagnostic planning team, providing early diagnostic input to key programs.
• Support trial recruitment strategy as needed when a precision health solution is required.
• Participate in relevant congresses, conferences, and industry and policy trade groups.
