Job Description:
Trailer Equipment / Trailer X-Press seeks a Quick Service Trailer Mechanic to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Evaluate and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs.
- Examine parts for damage or excessive wear.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn heavy-duty parts.
- Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and tools.
- Test the equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED – Required
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience with heavy-duty equipment repair – Preferred
- State Certifications – Preferred
- Trailer body and Welding and Fabrication experience – Preferred
- Must have your hand tools
- Strong time management skills
- Self-starter with a great attitude
- Must be able to pass a lift test
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and audiogram test
