The Brand & Creative Services Intern plays a hands-on role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across Cleveland Metroparks reservations, golf courses, dining and retail operations, and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. This position offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience in design, creative production, exhibits, and brand stewardship within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing programs and events.
- Apply and uphold Cleveland Metroparks brand guidelines across all creative work.
- Support design and production setup of marketing materials:
- Conceptualize, design, lay out, and finalize artwork using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Prepare high resolution production files, troubleshoot potential production issues, and work within established templates.
- Adjust colors, convert type to outlines, and prepare vector-based files for final output.
- Assist with the creation and design of exhibits throughout the Park District.
- Support the print shop with signage fabrication and production tasks.
- Assist with photography and videography needs as assigned.
- Work at various locations throughout the Park District as needed.
Education and Experience: Candidate must be a current, or recently graduated college or university student pursuing coursework in design, photography, printing, exhibits, or a related creative field.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Illustrator preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both individual and group settings.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work cooperatively with others while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
Work Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week Monday - Friday; must be able to work at least 4 days/week
