We’re seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented professional to join our commercial team as a creative project manager. In this role, you’ll lead internal client requests and manage high-impact projects—ensuring marketing materials are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. The ideal candidate will embody USANA’s core values and bring a genuine appreciation for the creative process. What You’ll Do

Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of a project—from intake to completion—ensuring deadlines are met, approvals secured, and deliverables finalized
Plan and negotiate project timelines and resource allocation
Collaborate closely with the project management team on new product launches
Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners on high-level initiatives, providing regular updates and guidance
Educate internal clients on time- and cost-saving opportunities that align with their marketing goals

What You’ll Bring

4–6 years of experience in creative project management
Proficiency with Workfront or similar project management tools
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including designers, writers, and internal clients
