Part-Time Distribution Center Associate

Looking for an engaging, entry-level opportunity? Morris & Dickson Co. is hiring Distribution Center Associates to join our fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution team. No prior experience? No problem—if you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed! 

What You’ll Do: 

• Organize inventory and ensure products are ready for shipment.
• Maintain stock accuracy to support smooth operations. 
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently. 
• Promote a safe and secure workplace.  

What We’re Looking For: 

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable time management and the ability to complete tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90% of the shift
• Comfortable operating pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A willingness to learn—previous experience is not required! 

Schedule Options:

• Shift Schedule (Option One): 
• • Sunday: 12pm–8pm 
  • Monday: 3pm–8pm 
  • Thursday: 3pm–8pm 

• Shift Schedule (Option Two): 
• • Sunday: 2pm–10pm
  • Monday: 5pm–10pm
  • Thursday: 5pm–10pm

• Shift Schedule (Option Three): 
• • Monday: 5pm–10pm
  • Tuesday: 5pm - 10pm
  • Thursday: 5pm–10pm

This part-time position offers the potential to work up to 30 hours per week, subject to approval. It may be considered for full-time status based on business needs and a review of performance and attendance after 90 days.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience picking, packing, and shipping.
• Forklift certification or experience.
