This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that every order is processed efficiently and shipped on time to exceed customer expectations. You will manage real-time inventory tracking and proactively prevent stockouts across a multi-shift operation while ensuring the seamless delivery of raw materials to internal production teams. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with at least five years of experience in manufacturing support, spanning e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale channels. We are looking for a professional with two years of management experience who will naturally embody and instill our company values within their team</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>Warehouse Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards</li> <li>Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li> <li>Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain and network warehouse leaders to develop standard work and best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Fulfillment Management &amp; Purchasing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the order fulfillment process for bulk wholesale orders ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align production, shipping and receiving schedules</li> <li>Identify and source vendors for plant services and goods</li> <li>Place orders and create system to manage the procurement process for any material a
