About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a part of the Account Management team, maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth for our Core customer portfolio, predominantly office based.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain excellent professional relationships with clients. 
  • Identify, opportunities and upsell and cross-sell additional products and services and meet the set quota requirements 
  • Manage a portfolio of around 25 small and midsize accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded while keeping Stibo Systems interests in focus.  
  • Provide updates about roadmaps, upcoming events and new additional uses case to clients and handle any issues that arise.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure client requirements are met. 
  • Ensure customer retention and satisfaction and promote software adoption and usage among clients. 
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of the software. 
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to improve products and services. 
  • Identify trends for client portfolio based on data insights and derive strategies to maximise ARR for Stibo Systems.  

 

Qualifications/Skills 

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of sales principles/methodologies and customer service practices. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Good time-management skills. 
  • Experience in PIM, (Multidomain) MDM, other Data Management solutions would be preferred. 
  • Familiarity with AI use cases and capabilities in our core industries is a plus.
